The distributed photovoltaic power station on the roof of the government building in Yanfeng District has achieved grid connected power generation.

On March 31st, Hengyang, China (Reporter Luo Yao, Song Shengfeng) Currently, the photovoltaic power plant of the government building in Yanfeng District has successfully connected to the grid for power generation. This project is also the first public institution rooftop photovoltaic power generation project in Hengyang area.

The project was launched in April last year, with a construction area of approximately 6600 square meters, installation of 2560 photovoltaic modules, configuration of 10 inverters, an installed capacity of 1.1392 megawatts, and an annual power generation of 1 million kilowatt hours.

It is reported that the power generation of this project adopts a "spontaneous self use, surplus power grid" mode, which prioritizes ensuring the electricity demand of government office buildings, and the surplus electricity is fed into the power grid, achieving a win-win situation of economic benefits and green development.
